New level of digital meeting culture

For Almega, Sweden's leading employer organization in the service sector, it is important to be close to its members. Recently, they have therefore taken the digital meeting culture to a new level to offer their members a personal meeting, no matter where they are.

Almega represents about 11,500 companies that employ over half a million employees and has participated for more than 100 years in creating sustainable conditions for hundreds of emerging industries. They have a total of nine offices across Sweden, and about 120 employees work at the head office in Stockholm.

During the summer of 2023, the Stockholm office moved into new premises in the Business House where we at Logic IT delivered and installed the digital meeting technology, including booking screens, in all meeting rooms. The office is divided into two floors, where one floor is furnished with workspaces and internal meeting rooms, while the other mainly consists of meeting rooms to accommodate various external visitors.

To make it easy for all users, both internal and external, we installed the same Teams Room solution with BYOD in all rooms. The low ceiling made us place full-duplex microphones on the tables as well as speakers above the screen.

At Almega's office, there is also a room used for recording training sessions, webinars, etc., where we could reuse the existing technology. This is something we at Logic IT always consider when helping our clients create conditions for professional digital meeting experiences. The best for the environment is if we can keep already purchased equipment for as long as possible, and therefore we strive to retain and reuse all equipment as much as possible, without compromising on quality and experience.
