In November 2017, a large fire broke out in a property over 100 years old at the intersection of Biblioteksgatan/Jakobsbergsgatan in central Stockholm. The fire completely destroyed everything, except for the culturally significant stone facade that, incredibly, was able to be preserved and restored.
Now, almost 6 years after the fire, a completely new property has been built behind the unique facade and Cirio Law Firm has moved in as a new tenant in new state-of-the-art office spaces covering a total of 5 floors.
Efficient and Future-Proof
The reconstruction has been a long and complicated project, but it has now resulted in a new property with efficient layouts and future-proof systems for heating and power supply, for example. Behind the historic facade now lies a completely new modernized interior, and the ambition from the tenant Cirio was to create a really stylish and cool office, which of course should also be functional. Perhaps the most important requirement was that it should take a maximum of 1 minute to start a meeting and that all meeting technology should function seamlessly.
Three of the five floors are office space for all employees at Cirio and one is for external meetings with clients and partners. One floor is a potential expansion space for Cirio, which they initially plan to lease to a subtenant.
Collaboration for a Smooth Installation
We at Logic IT were entrusted to help Cirio create the right conditions for professional digital meeting experiences in their new premises. We have delivered and installed meeting technology in 15 meeting rooms, including two LED walls and background sound in large parts of the office and equipment for 160 workplaces.
This has also been a long project for us at Logic IT, lasting just over 8 months. By being involved throughout the construction, we have met with other parties in several construction meetings, such as suppliers of networks, furniture, carpentry, and site managers, etc. An important collaboration that has enabled us to direct and plan our delivery so that the installation could take place in a very efficient and smooth way. Not least considering that there have been quite a few custom-built furniture and solutions in this project. Among other things, we have integrated screens into the furniture to make them appear to float and "hidden" speakers behind curtains.
In August 2023, Cirio was able to move into their new, incredibly stylish premises. The result turned out really, really well, and to ensure that everything flows and functions optimally, we also assist Cirio with service and support to ensure maximum effectiveness of their technology for digital meeting experiences.
