As one of Sweden's largest property companies, Vasakronan strives to be the first choice for anyone looking for office or retail spaces. To achieve this, they have placed a strong focus on creating modern and inspiring environments.
In addition to managing and developing properties, Vasakronan offers various types of space solutions to businesses and organizations. One solution they provide is the coworking concept Arena, designed to function as a functional, smart, and inspiring place for work, interaction, and meetings. Vasakronan Arena is located in several places in Stockholm, Gothenburg, Malmö, and Uppsala. In October 2023, they opened a new Arena in Skrapan on Södermalm in Stockholm.
At Arena Skrapan, we at Logic IT have delivered and installed technology for sound and image that creates conditions for professional digital meeting experiences in 48 meeting rooms. Additionally, we have installed technology in 38 workspaces and around a hundred speakers throughout the venue, in various colors so that they blend into the environment well.
In this project, nothing has been left to chance, and every space is an experience in itself. With smart technology and well-thought-out material choices, Arena Skrapan is a modern place and a complement to the classic office, inviting a very inspiring environment.
